Japan, Day 10

We spend the majority of the day walking to castles and shrines and riding buses. The day is uneventfull except for one bus ride. I'm standing near the front of the bus after giving up my seat for an older lady. A lady near my age or a bit older is standing behind me and wants to move to the front of the bus. As she moves around me (because I have no place to move) the bus takes off with a suddent surge. The lady, who is not holding on to anything, is headed backwards towards the floor. Absolutely to the floor. I manage to reach back quickly and get my hand in the middle of her back and hold her from falling and prop her back up. I don't know how I did it because I had to reach way behind my back to do it. The lady comes back vertical smiling and saying something. I just guess that she is thanking me. A couple people around me say a thing or two to me. I can only imagine that they are saying:
A) Thanks for preventing that lady from falling
B) Good thing she only weighs 100 lbs, huh?
C) Do you do this often?
D) Are you going to the festival and fireworks tonight?

Later in the evening I'm watching television and catch Tsubasa Imai's new commercial for Corny Corn.
